Excellent location for touring the area, with footpaths literally from your doorstep taking you onto Exmoor National Park and the stunning coastal paths locally. Lynton village, 500 yards, offers a very good selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and tea rooms as does its 'sister' village reached by a cliffside railway. Lynmouth, set on the banks of the River Lyn overlooking the sea, cannot offer a more spectacular viewpoint. Much to do and see in the area, horse riding, fishing, golf, sailing all available locally.
