What to expect...

Rockingham House is a cluster of flats of 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms, each bedroom has a large bed, study area, storage space and modern en-suite bathroom. Each flat has a shared kitchen with appliances, a lounge area with comfy leather sofas and a flat screen TV. There is also 100MB WiFi available throughout the property.

There is a common room available for all students which is equipped with a pool table, flat screen TV and a vending machine. For students bringing bikes to university, Rockingham House has bike storage available. We also have a large communal courtyard, perfect summer and BBQs! Rockingham House has laundry facilities which are available 24/7. We want to ensure our students feel safe at our properties, which is why we have CCTV and a key fob door entry system.

The location of this property is one of its best features, with the vibrant city centre just minutes away. You can find some of the best restaurants and bars close by to Rockingham house, meaning you can cut back on taxi fares!

During the summer Sheffield has its own festival Tramlines which gets bigger and better every year. The festival takes over the city in a big way and its worth hanging around your student digs just to take in the good vibes from this festival.

If you like to explore the outdoors the Sheffield peak district national park is the place for you. You can jump on a bus and within 30 minutes, you could be taking in the views of the peaks. You can also hire a bike to cycle around the peak district and explore the outdoors further.
