RM Books 2.2

RM Books is a free ebook management system for schools. It makes ebooks manageable and affordable. Teachers can annotate ebooks with web links, video and quizzes before pushing them out to students. Using RM Books groups teachers can personalise which titles are allocated to which students (e.g. by EAL, reading level, gender, etc). This can make RM Books an intervention tool for teachers.

Ebooks can be rented for short time periods to suit their intended use, making budget go further and supporting topic learning with a richer breadth of books than was previously possible (e.g. allocating topic books for the month that topic's being studied).

It's web based and works on any device with a browser and an internet connection, from tablet to smartphone to desktop computer - it doesn't tie you in to any particular ereader or tablet.

It offers a wide range of topic, reluctant reader, literature, textbook and reference ebooks from leading education publishers with more publishers and content being added each week. As a cloud application it's continually being developed and improved with those features that schools suggest.
