Having lead an active lifestyle as a youngster, pursuing many hobbies such as windsurfing and mountain biking my attention turned to strength and conditioning to achieve a strong, athletic physique.
As a consequence of this I not only have a keen interest in cardiovascular and resistance training but also diet and nutrition.
With over 4 years experience in the health and fitness industry I aim to channel my passion for exercise and nutrition into my personal training, classes, which include Spinning and BodyWorX, and my group training sessions Total Body Conditioning.
