I want to get all of you baking your own bread and even if you work full time as there are ways to fit it into a busy life style. I run bread courses on a regular basis which include sourdough, classic white, french stick, pitta, soda bread, focaccia, ciabatta, stollen and pannetone. They are great fun and with give you all the skills required to make all your bread and never have to buy supermarket bread again!I run a beginner's day, a focaccia and ciabatta day and a pannetonne and stollen day.
