Richard Lee Student Accommodation (RLSA) is a family business providing high quality homes for students in Northampton. We are accredited by DASH Services, the National Landlords Association (NLA) and Unipol, and all our houses are licenced by Northampton Borough Council (NBC).

We don’t let rooms – we provide 'homes' for students. All our properties have been refurbished to a high standard, and incorporate top quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. All rooms have been designed in detail to provide modern, practical and flexible living spaces, within a homely atmosphere.

We believe in 'quality, not quantity'. With only six student homes, we are able to manage these personally, ensuring the highest possible service level. We are not constrained by office hours, we are available 24/7 to attend to any issues, and our team of maintenance professionals are on hand as required.

We also offer the option of a bills-included rental package for ultimate peace of mind and convenience.
