I specialise in providing specific periodised training to a variety of clients, including triathletes, swimmers, golfers and recreational athletes! I specifically look at clients biomechanics, posture, nutrition and ways to improve this to thus improve performance and health. With this, I am regularly involved in rehabilitating clients back to full fitness or helping clients achieve personal bests in their chosen sports. I enjoy prescribing corrective exercise for those with altered mechanics and posture, from which is then built upon to make clients stronger and achieve their goals in a realistic time. I also enjoy dispelling the many myth's I am asked about that are published in today's media. Alongside my business, I am regularly researching the latest science in how to improve performance in activities such as running. I also have a keen interest in biomechanics and the differences in exercising barefoot and with trainers. This is something I am researching at present for my dissertation.
