Classes are run by Rhu Strand who has been teaching sugarcraft for a number of years both in the UK and Internationally bringing together her skills from other creative crafts to win Best in Show at Cake International, seven gold awards in International Cake Shows. Tutor at Paul Bradfords Sugarcraft School and Cakerschool, Rhu is also a contributor for SugarEd Productions and tutorial writer for a number of magazines, she has won a number of local awards for her business too.
