In December 2015 Russell Smith and Franky Hale purchased the Gym after it had been open for 3 years. Already in the short space of time big changes have been seen and even more changes are to come.
We have a range of protein and nutrients available and a Knowledgeable team on hand to offer any advice you may want or need.

This is a very friendly environment and although we take fitness seriously we like to have a laugh and joke and try and make everyone feel welcome and relaxed. We appreciate that if you are a beginner or new to the gym scene it can be intimidating and leave you feeling unsure or disheartened, We want to help you build your confidence and show you the ropes.
