I take an embedded approach to hypnotherapy, taking into account the places you spend time in, whether at work, at play, or at home. I offer a range of therapeutic methods, from traditional hypnosis in the therapy room to more ecotherapeutic Nature Hypnosis sessions in outside spaces.
