Relax Kids classes are a fun and gentle way of introducing children to the world of relaxation.

Relax Kids helps children manage stress, anxiety and anger whilst boosting self-esteem and confidence. We offer classes and resources to help children feel calm, self-regulate and feel in control.

Sessions take children from a high energy to a low energy using a 7 step system with fun movement and warm up, games, stretching, massage, breathing exercises, affirmations and visualisations.

Relax Kids classes incorporate mindfulness exercises.
