Reiki is a safe, gentle form of hands on natural healing, which can be used to treat physical ailments and works on balancing and harmonising all aspects of a person; the mind and body, as well as the emotional.

It’s a calming and relaxing treatment, with some of the benefits including pain management, relaxation, reduced anxiety, reduced symptoms of depression, improving sleep, enhanced well-being, stronger self-esteem, aiding quicker surgical recovery and can reduce side effects from radiation and chemotherapy.

I provide Reiki healing treatments in my home, but I am happy to travel to clients’ homes, if necessary, for a small additional charge.
