Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. I work holistically with my clients and aim to work alongside allopathic healthcare to promote better health for my clients.

Reflexology has innumerable benefits ranging from stress relief to assisting the body to heal post surgery or injury recovery.

I have worked with pre and post natal women, assisting with the induction of birth to increasing milk production for breast feeding mums.

I treat clients in their own home in the Bucks and Oxon area and have a treatment room in Haddenham, Bucks.
