CrossFit Cardiff is a fully equipped Strength and Conditioning facility dedicated to developing your elite fitness so you are prepared for any situation that life throws at you. We are located at Units J8 and J9 on Colchester Avenue Industrial estate, Penylan, in a 7,000 square foot facility. Only a couple of miles from the city centre, we are close to road and bus routes with ample parking on site. From Grandmothers to Elite Athletes and everyone in between our passion is producing measurable, functional, real life fitness.

CrossFit Cardiff is unlike any gym you will have been in before. Every time you enter the gym you will be coached. There are no mirrors in our gym. No machines. Egos are left at the door. Everyone knows your name. No one listens to their walkman pumping iron. We are all in this together. When you finish a workout you’ll cheer on your friends.
