Perfect for all levels of fitness - from those who have forgotten how to run, to those who can leap a house in a single bound! With our experience, expertise and a lot of equipment we can adjust your efforts to get the best results for you.

R.E.A.L PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS:

Absolutely the best way to get the most out of an hour, our PT sessions are always 1-1! Every second of your session is focused on you! Form, technique, posture, breathing, control and execution. Depending on the PT package it would also include nutritional input, stress assessments, sleep hygiene assessments and more! Perfect for both first timers and the more advanced.


Our R.E.A.L BOOTCAMPS & R.E.A.L PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS work on the same principles... To do our best in providing what you need to achieve AND sustaining a level of health and fitness that YOU want, not what others tell you to have!

We aim for you to be knowledgeable and skilled enough so you do not NEED the input of others to succeed!

SO...

No yo-yo'ing!
No setting you up to fail without us!
No passive or aggressive shaming!
No getting you to run around just to make you feel exhausted enough to convince you that you have accomplished something!
And definitely NO cult mentality around eating, lifestyles or level of commitment!

Our support and encouragement is unconditional. If you only have 1hr a week free, and you are choosing to spend it bettering yourself then high bloody five!

Equally, if you are choosing to make some major changes and dedicate 3/4/5 days a week to get the body of an Adonis, hats off to you too! With our knowledge and expertise we are able to tailor sessions to each individual to help achieve this.

Contrary to popular belief, this is not an 'all or nothing' zone. It's a 'do your personal best and give what you have to accomplish your goals' zone! If that is you working out twice a week and having Wednesday's as a G&T and movie night... my full support! You've chosen your level of fitness and we will do our best to get you there without turning you into a meditating monk living off leaves!
