All our beef is Scotch Farm Assured and is hand selected to meet our own high specifications and is fully traceable to the farm. It is hung on the bone for an average of fourteen days to ensure tenderness and taste. In other words, the best you can get. Only the best English and Scotch lambs from established suppliers are used to give a tasty and tender meat. We make all our own sausages on the premises using free range pork, scotch beef and fresh lamb.
