My name is Rachael and I am a globally recognised, award winning, professional, fully insured TV and Occasion Makeup Artist based in Barnsley. I am currently Highly Commended in the Bridebook Wedding Awards as the Best Wedding Beauty Professional in the UK out of over 70,000 companies, and the winner of the Lux Wedding Awards 2017 as the Best Bridal Hair and Makeup Salon in Barnsley. I am currently in the final for the Make Up Specialist of the Year in the Professional Beauty National Awards 2018.

I have a wealth of experience in makeup and have undertaken training with the likes of Illamasqua, The Beauty Academy, the White Rose School of Beauty and celebrity makeup artists Val Garland and Luis Casco during my career.

I specialise in TV makeup, Special Occasion makeovers, Bridal, Halloween and SFX/Prosthetic makeup. I also offer makeup lessons which are tailored to each client and include a makeup manual and personalised daytime to evening look. I provide makeup artistry for both men and women.

I am the in-house makeup artist at Divers Photography where I work on a variety of makeover shoots from lifestyle to boudoir.

My work has been featured in publications both in the UK and globally including; Sheffield Telegraph, Daily Mail’s Mail Online, Daily Express, Mancunian Matters, Barnsley Chronicle, Manchester Evening News, Yorkshire Evening Post, The Star, Detroit Newstime and EMGN – I am most recognised for my Halloween and special effects makeovers, along with my Bridal work.
