Group Boxing is a concept created by the Italian Boxing and Fitness Federation and is new to the UK. After warm-up and stretching, Group Boxing is non-stop Working in pairs, participants take turns punching and holding focus pads, but the pad holders have to move too as the combinations involve a lot of footwork in every direction! Group Boxing is performed to high energy music and boxing is to tempo. It’s a dynamic workout employing all the techniques of boxing and with all the fitness benefits of the discipline. It’s guaranteed to burn calories and leave you sweating, but wanting more!
