Our Aquanatal classes are the perfect preparation for welcoming your new bundle of joy to the world. Combining aquacise, relaxation and laughter, classes are a wonderful, safe way to unwind and keep fit during pregnancy. Our teachers pass antenatal swimming training that is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives Trust, our own extensive aquanatal training and STA Aquacise/Aquanatal and Antenatal Swimming - so you can rest assured you'll be in safe hands. And there's a science behind it to - exercise and relaxation release your body’s natural happy hormones, endorphins, which suppress pain and help you (and baby) feel calm – not only helpful in later pregnancy, but also really important during and after labour. Our Baby & Pre-school classes are a wonderful way to bond with your new bundle of joy, with world-class teachers who know how to get the best out of every child. We place a big emphasis on progression through structured classes where each activity is adapted to each child, ensuring a positive experience and love of swimming. Babies can join form just a few weeks old through to school age, at any age and at any point in the term. We’ve deliberately limited our class sizes to nine, giving excellent teacher-student ratios that offer truly individually-tailored swimming lessons for babies, toddlers and children. We’re big on fun, and our classes incorporate rhyme, music and movement based on extensive child development research. We’ve even had our unique class soundtracks written by professional musicians! Our Swim Academy classes are for primary school aged children and progress through four carefully structured levels. Your youngster can join at any age, regardless of previous experience.
