Our gym is owned and run by experienced athletes, who have been in the bodybuilding and fitness industry for over 30 years. We are here to help and assist our members in reaching their fitness goals, whatever they may be, from general fitness and weight loss to training to become a competitive bodybuilder. We have quality resistance machines, heavy duty dumbbells, cardio machines and a fitness studio, as well as a free standing body punch bag for extra cardio training. On our shelves we sell a fantastic range of supplements, pre mixed protein shakes, caffine drinks, and water in our fridge and very yummy protein cookies and flapjacks on the counter.
