Plumb-Line provide a wide range of domestic and commercial central heating systems including gas, LPG and oil systems, solid fuel, biomass, air and ground source heat pumps, solar hot water, solar PV panels, under-floor heating and warm air units. We can advise you on the most suitable central heating boiler and we only fit quality products from industry-leading suppliers. All systems fitted by Plumb-Line carry a minimum 12 month guarantee, with most manufacturers offering a comprehensive two year warranty, and some up to five years. Our installation engineers are directly employed and trained to high industry standards - qualified to install gas, electric, oil, solid fuel and renewable energy.

General information:

As part of the Government’s Affordable Warmth or Home Heating Carbon Reduction Obligation (HHCRO) Scheme to reduce heating bills, Plumb-Line is working with Vaillant, the UK’s number one heating manufacturer, to help people with lower incomes to have warm and efficiently-heated homes.

This Government scheme is helping people on low incomes by replacing or repairing, old, broken and inefficient boilers free of charge.

To be eligible for the scheme, you need to live in your own or a privately rented property, have an old, broken or inefficient heating system and receive certain benefits. For example, State Pension Credit or Child Tax Credit with relevant income below £15,860. Alternatively, if you receive a specific combination of benefits then you may also be eligible. All repairs and replacements are subject to surveys, which will be completed free of charge and evidence of the benefits received will need to be provided at the time of the survey.
