Pizza on the hoof 2.2

We use the best ingredients sourced locally when possible. We let you chose your own toppings and we assemble and cook them in front of your eyes. Each pizza takes 90 seconds to cook due to the extreme heat of the fire. We use local sustainable oak and ash. Our flavoured oils are made using 100% extra virgin olive oil from either our own, or a friends grove in Puglia, Southern Italy.
