Pitt Cue has been on an incredible journey: launched as a food truck on the South Bank we evolved into a tiny bricks-and-mortar site in Soho and now a full blown restaurant in Devonshire Square in the heart of the City. Founded by Tom Adams one of the pioneers of British barbecue, the original Pitt Cue opened back in 2011 named after Pitt, Tom’s home town in Hampshire.

In addition to rearing our Mangalitza pigs at our own Coombeshead Farm in Cornwall, we work directly with family farmers and butchers to source the very best, dry-aged, rare-breed meat. Cooking over fire is at the heart of what we do here and almost all our dishes are grilled or smoked.

We are proud to boast our own Brewery within the restaurant, a full wine list and bar. At Pitt Cue we take our drinks as seriously as our food. Rather than stock everything, we select only ‘underdog’ spirits chosen to complement our food- Rum, American Whiskey and Mezcal - the three great spirits of the New World.
