Hi, my name is Talan and with my Father Kevin, we are Piran Maintenance. Between us we have the best part of 30 years experience in the industry.
My father has worked for all the big maintenance/DIY companies over the years including Home World, B & Q and Magnet and he has taught me everything he knows about home maintenance projects.

It’s hard for us to say in one sentence what we do as our experience, knowledge and expertise is so wide and varied. Our core specialism is the design, supply and professional installation of beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens which will increase the value of your property.
There is no project too big, small or odd shaped! We have fitted kitchens in round rooms, kitchens worth in excess of £20,000 and compact kitchens that have 2m2 floor space once completed!

The big advantage with employing us is that we can organise all the elements of your project including; source and supply of kitchen units, installing electrics, plumbing, plastering and any necessary building work, so you don’t have to worry about finding various reliable tradesmen. If there is something we can’t do we can call on our trustworthy colleagues who we have worked alongside for many years and built solid working relationships with.

Working at height-
Do you have a house which is hard to maintain on the outside? One of my skills is being able to treat your house like a climbing frame using special bolts and anchors to get into any place I need to without damaging your external walls. Using this method I can get into places such as over conservatories to paint or repair the render, on top of roofs to repair/paint chimneys, replace TV aerials, the list is endless.
Completing external maintenance this way saves the expense and disruption that scaffolding can bring and it’s entertaining to watch!

TV installations-
Do you have a nice flat panel TV taking up space on a massive dust collecting stand in your living room? Well how about having it mounted on the wall with all the cables hidden out of site?
Do you have children who like to play with your expensive AV units? We can move all your AV units (Sky box, DVD players etc.) into another room in the house or hidden in a cupboard and still let you point the remote controls at your TV.
We can come up with innovative home electrical solutions to meet all your everyday needs.

Garage Conversions-
Have you ever considered converting your garage into a living area? With the price of living rising every day we are all looking for ways to make our money go further – let us design and transform what was a dumping ground for old paint tins and brushes into another bedroom or perhaps an annex for a teenager or elderly relative – you could even rent it out to help pay the bills!
