Pilates with Lucy 1.33

Lucy is a Chartered Physiotherapist working for East Coast Community Health, a trained Pilates Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and registered with the Health Professionals Council.

A little bit about me...
I qualified with a 1st class BSc (hons) from the University of Bradford in 2007 and since then have worked as a Physiotherapist in Mansfield, Nottingham, Norfolk and Suffolk as well as doing volunteering work in the Red Cross War Memorial Childrens Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa and have also spent a year living and working in Sydney, Australia and then travelling back via, Fiji, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

Pilates is one of the fastest growing forms of exercise in the world, combined with my Physio background all my classes will be designed to improve flexibility, body awareness, muscle tone and strenghten throughout as well as having a rehabilitative role in the form of back injuries and prevention of re-occurrurences.
