I am a Mat level 3 qualified Pilates teacher with over 10 years Pilates experience. I offer both group and private one to one classes in the Herefordshire and Powys area.
Pilates lengthens & strengthens all the muscle groups and in particular those deep core muscles, which are so important to our overall health and well being.
