Piercing by Jenna of Sacred Arts 1.33

I started piercing over 10 years ago, after making the difficult decision that working at the motorway services was just not my true vocation. I was already working in a studio, and had had a lot (and i mean A LOT) of piercings done, so when I was offered an apprentaship, it just seemed the natural progression of things. After a brief stint at uni, studying photography (getting drunk in a bedsit) I came back to Northwich to open the studio Sacred Arts with Daz, the amazing tattooist from our studio. Since then, the industry has changed dramatically, with advances in techniques allowing me to pierce in many different ways. In addition to the 'normal' piercings (ears, bellys, eyebrows, nipples, etc) I also specialise in dermal anchors, or 'micro dermals', and also all those fiddly little bits of ears that are so popular these days! I use a variety of methods to pierce, with some techniques learned from piercers in the USA, making your piercing experiance quicker, less painful, faster healing, and with minimal, if any, bleeding/swelling. I love my job very much, and feel lucky every day that i get to make a living doing something that i truly enjoy.
