We are a user-led organisation, providing a range of services designed to enable people to live the life they choose, including, but not limited to:

Disability Equality Training

'Your Say' - training for people with Learning disabilities and their carers to have a voice and shape the services they use.

Personal Advisor Support for people who wish to employ a Personal Assistant through our PARES service.

List of Personal Assistants available for work.

Support Goups for people who need to have a say in service delivery, making sure people have a say in changes that effect them. These groups include: Older Voices, Autism Inclusion, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Carers and Long Term Conditions.

Parents Voice is a voluntary group of parents/carers of children with a wide range of special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities. The purpose of Parents Voice is to help shape changes to existing services and to participate in the planning of new and future initiatives for children and young people with SEN from 0-25.

We have an Independent Living Centre where people can come and test out equipment designed to support their independence before they buy/rent it. We DO NOT SELL anything, we simply demonstrate, asses and advise to help identify and provide solutions for support needs.

We help adults with support needs through our TAP (Team Around The Person) service. TAP will ensure that everyone who works with an individual (ie carers, family members, support workers etc), works together to ensure all support needs are identified early and resolved quickly. TAP is a shared assessment and so individuals should not need to keep repeating the same story to different workers.
