1st appointment 90 minutes £60.
For your first appointment I will go through your case history and create a tailored action plan for your wellbeing goals.
This will include nutritional recommendations, naturopathic cleansing techniques as well as tips on lifestyle changes.
Supporting documents will be sent to you after the appointment.

2nd appointment 60 minutes £40
Ideally your second appointment will be between 2 – 4 weeks after your initial consultation so we can review your goals and reassess your action plan.
This appointment will include a personalised shopping list and may include an introduction to more naturopathic tools to support your plan. Herbs and supplements may also be introduced into your treatment plan.

Appointments thereafter 60 minutes £40
These will be determined by your individual progression with your action plan.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to a scheduled appointment, or no shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee of £30.
