11.00-11.45 - Strength and Conditioning Assessment /circuit training - led by John



11.45- 12.45- Technical work - led by Andre



12-45-2.00- Ring work in our Olympic size boxing ring , including body sparring and mini - tournament among the group- led by Andre and John
