My name is Caz and I have been teaching pole fitness since 2011, after taking my first class in 2008.
I now have my own aerial studio in Exmouth and I have 5 x 11ft poles, 2 aerial hoops, 2 aerial silks and a flying pole that I will teach you lots of fun moves on.
Pole fitness is a great way to exercise and my classes are always fun and friendly.

It's about keeping fit, having fun and boosting your self-esteem.
