Oystercatcher is a relaxed and contemporary coastal guesthouse in Carbis Bay, Cornwall. The house is in an elevated position and enjoys stunning panoramic views across St Ives Bay, from The Island at St Ives to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The house is the perfect base for those wishing to visit St Ives as well as explore West Cornwall. It is situated within walking distance of the bustling harbour town of St Ives and the beautiful blue flagged beach at Carbis Bay is 500 meters away.
Oystercatcher is tastefully and simply decorated to create a relaxed atmosphere to be enjoyed at any time of the year. We have four bedrooms with solid wood beds and furniture, each with private en-suite facilities. Fairtrade teas and coffee are provided along with tasty Cornish biscuits. Your breakfast is cooked by your host, a professionally trained chef, to give you the best start to the day.
We are very proud to be able to showcase the work of coastal artist Adrian Grainger throughout the house. His clever and modern style has been a great influence for us as we stylised the house.
With our comfortably appointed en-suite bedrooms and relaxed atmosphere we are sure that you will have the most enjoyable of stays with us.
