We are a performance centre specialising in CPET (VO2 max) testing, biomechanics, nutrition, hypoxic stimulation and fitness classes.

personalised training guidance and monitoring, event and training data analysis to bespoke nutrition, environmental conditioning/exposure and race/event tactics.
