Oldham NEU - NUT Section 2.27

Welcome to the Oldham NEU / National Union of Teachers page which concentrates on providing information, support, advice & guidance on both national and local issues for teachers in Oldham.

The Oldham division of the NEU / NUT corresponds to the geographical area covered by the Oldham Local Education Authority which is situated on the north-eastern outskirts of Manchester. It is a part of the north-west region of the NEU / NUT.



In Oldham the NEU / NUT has members in all sectors of education within the Borough. This includes not just primary and secondary schools but also independent schools, academies, schools in the tertiary sector and the central services which provides advisers and consultants.

The Oldham division of the NEU / NUT is recognised for the support it gives its members and for its active campaigning to improve the state of education.
