Welcome to the Old School Bakery, a micro-bakery in Oxhey Village providing freshly home-baked bread delivered to the door. All our bread is made with stone-ground and organic flour with no additives or preservatives.
I have been baking bread for my family for the past six years and have a passion for Real Bread essentially made with 4 ingredients: Flour, Yeast (naturally occurring in my Sourdough), Water and Salt. I was a technical project manager until I took redundancy this year to look after my young son. I wanted a business that I could work around looking after my family so now run a micro-bakery from home with currently one bake day a week providing bread to the local community
