Off Peak Rehab have experience working with Dance Schools, Professional Rugby and Football teams, as well as individual athletes and weekend warriors.

Our services are entirely mobile, treating you in the comfort of your home at times to suit you. Some of our services include

- Providing biomechanical analysis. From pointe readiness exams to running gait assessments.
