Number 27 is just a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre and there is an excellent bus service with frequent buses during the day and night. Or, you can take a walk into the city centre through Morningside and Bruntsfield, taking in the eclectic collection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. We are also well located for Napier University. Parking is available in Braid Crescent and nearby side roads.

We have three guest rooms, all finished to the highest standard. All rooms have ensuites, tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits and fresh fruit, hairdryers, free wireless internet, TVs with DVDs. Breakfast is prepared using high quality produce and the atmosphere at Number 27 Morningside is informal and friendly.
