Every programme and session will be tailored to your individual needs. Training with me WILL help those of you who don't yet realise your own potential.
You will receive an initial two free sessions to identify your goals and needs which will last approximately 45 minutes per session. This will allow us enough time set up an agreed programme that will provide you with all the help you need to reach your desired target.
Not only will you achieve physical health benefits, but training with me will help issues with confidence, anxiety and motivation.
