I have a strong background in Dance (Ballet, Tap, Modern and Contemporary) and am currently studying at University in Early Childhood Studies; with the aim to go onto a Dance Therapy Masters Degree. After completing my Baby Yoga qualification I am very excited to show all you lovely Mummies and Daddies (Granddads and Grannies) how Baby Yoga can benefit you and your baby. I incorporate sensory equipment and lights with stretches and songs!
