Lizzy Caldwell is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 17 years experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. She has undertaken rigorous training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) to become fully certified as a Matwork Pilates instructor, including the instruction of pregnant and post natal women.
Limited numbers in the classes ensures participants receive individual attention tailored to their specific health and fitness needs.
