We have 5 brand new luxury Holiday Park Homes situated within the beautiful grounds of Newquay View Park Resort. Each home is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break near to all the beaches and activities that Newquay has to offer.

Our 5 homes are located, in a cluster, in a lovely peaceful area of the park away from the hustle and bustle but within a short walk of the action. We are high up on the site so we not only benefit from the fabulous views but we get a great mobile signal too! All our homes have Wi-Fi and are close to the surrounding fields which are great for dog walking.

Our cluster of homes has a fantastic central recreational space furnished with picnic tables, brollies and BBQ’s for those lovely, sociable summer evenings or as an area where the children can play safely within view of the balcony which each home provides.

Because of the locality of our homes, we are able to cater for groups up to 30 people as each home sleeps 6 (1x double, 2 x singles, 1 x double pull out sofa-bed). Each home also has an en-suite loo in the master bedroom and a TV and DVD player. All are centrally heated and double-glazed.

Newquay View Park is located within a short drive of Porth, Newquay, Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and the many beaches and attractions that the surrounding area has to offer.

The park itself has one of Newquay’s largest indoor heated swimming pools with newly updated changing facilities and a brand new new steam room and sauna, outdoor play area, clubhouse (which provides nightly entertainment, 2 licensed bars and basket meals) and a newly refurbished outdoor heated pool and patio so there is always something to do! All the facilities are included in your stay.

The new Bistro/coffee shop opening soon which will have one of Newquay’s finest chefs at the helm and there is a coin operated launderette on site. You can hire cycles or book your surfing directly with the surf shop within the park.
