Having worked in the property renovation business for the past 15 years we have managed to grow a property portfolio, consisting of residential, student and commercial properties.

Established by an accredited Landlord for Landlords providing a level of service we would expect ourselves. As a small firm we are able to offer a friendly, yet professional service. Our negotiators are qualified to the standard of the National Federation of Property Professionals.

We give realistic and honest advise so that you the landlord can get the best possible price.
We do not work on percentages and there are no hidden cost. If the contract we offer isn't for you then we change it to suit.

With our online application and maintenance report forms we are able to manage all our properties 24 hours a day.

When a tenant submits a maintenance report form through our on line service the report is logged and allocated a time in which it will be rectified with in 24hrs (where possible)

All our contractors are trained to the highest standard and where necessary a Gas Safe or NICEIC engineer will attend.
