My name is Sophia. I’ve been a Holistic therapist for over 10 years. I have worked in award winning spas and have learnt an incredible amount in my career which allows me to really focus on customising my holistic treatments for you.

I was very lucky growing up in Cornwall and took advantage of the beauty around me. I’ve always been interested in living with a healthy lifestyle.

A few of my hobbies include swimming, yoga, running and travelling.

This is why I took this pathway as a Holistic therapist so that I can help my clients feel equally good.

I have a passion for holistic treatments and have a constant thirst in learning new and exciting treatments to supplement my classic treatments.
