Muscle madness opened it's doors in Sheffield in July 2010. By December 2010 it had doubled in size due to interest and members. It is one of the biggest and best equipped bodybuilding gyms in south Yorkshire. It is still growing day by day with interest as far as Leeds. State of the art running machines by Panatta sit in the cardio section.
All our machines are custom built . There are from January 2012 6 heavy duty machines on order investing around £10,000 on equipment. Our members decide on what they want. The gym is in two sections. Top is full of cardio machines with ample of free weight's. The bottom has a power-lifting stage complete with full set of atlas stones weighing from 80kg to strongman weights of 80kg. Just arrived 2" lifting bar, Fireman's walk and log press.There is also a boxing section kitted with kick bags and wall bags. Free boxing gloves are provided. Also available are grappling mats. PHD protein and USN, along with high quality products are on sale. Muscle Madness isn't about 20 stone bodybuilders. The gym provides advice and training to any one large or small regardless of experience Bodybuilding is an art, and takes years and hard work to master. If your 6 stone or 26 stone we can provide you with the right solutionto gaining muscle.
There is many bodybuilding gyms in and around Sheffield. Most of them are run down with equipment from the 70s. Muscle Madness is one of a few that is always to be clean, with undamaged, or broken equipment! If a tear appears on a bench seat we replace the whole cover. You will not find any machine or item broke in our gym. Atmosphere in the gym is second to none, with some of the nicest lads and staff you could meet. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our gym. Most bodybuilders are use to training in dumps and accept it. Maybe they should just take a glance at ours and see for themselves just how good it is. You will also find a fantastic atmosphere among the members, with everyone willing to offer advice and compare notes. We have NABBA and NAC champions already under our belt.
The gym is spotless and even down to the showers and toilets are cleaned every two hours. It has a internet linked sound system, so members can watch their favorite pop video or u-tube clip instantly. Free tea and coffee is given to all members.
