The main aim for the club is to help people become more skilful in martial arts to help fitness, gain confidence, inner security, co-ordination, discipline and of course, self-defence. In addition to this to not only respect their peers but themselves and others. We encourage families to train together.
We also train closely with other styles, to experience other forms of martial arts.
We have karate, Judo, Ju-jitsu, Kubudo (weapons only) and Tai Chi.
We also have fitness classes and pre school gymnastics available.
