Mrs Potts Backpackers 3.15

Welcome to Mrs Potts. A hostel designed for backpackers who want that warm and fuzzy feeling they get at home. Enclosed in a centrally located, beautiful grade ll listed building designed by Alfred Waterhouse! (Architect who designed the Natural History Museum in London).
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the building and a beautiful kitchen where you can share your favourite recipes with your fellow travellers. On occasion, you will find our friendly members of staff cooking up a storm...They like to share, so don't be afraid to ask for a taste! We have a common room with a T.V and iMacs for you to browse the internet or catch up with what's happening at home. Free maps are available from reception and our staff will happily direct you to all the local places of interest, including some hidden gems. Every member of staff has their own personal favourites so get chatting to them!

We are located centrally on St Mary Street which is just two minutes walk from Cardiff Central Railway Station. Cardiff Castle is a two minute walk away and the Victorian shopping arcades are on your doorstep. Sports fans will find the Millenium Stadium just behind us on St Mary Street.

We offer small dormitories with cabin style beds that include linen, privacy curtains, USB ports, mains power socket, large locker and your very own reading light!
