Morning Gloryville attracts a diverse crowd of city workers, media folk, artists, families, dancers and anyone up for a damn good Wednesday!

WHY SHOULD I?

Dancing is the ultimate exercise, meditation and celebration and we humans have been doing it for thousands of years. Free improvised dancing (no routines here) uniquely wakes up your body, mind and creativity and will leave you feeling more energized and alive than you could ever imagine. Morning Gloryville really is a huge heap of fun, a necessary injection of good positive energy into humdrum city morning culture.
