Mitchy Titch Baby, Toddler & Young Childrens Yoga Fun & Fitness are award winning classes that focus on all having fun whilst learning new skills & reaping the benefits of a structured exercise programme including breathing, relaxation & education. The classes are attended by the parent / carer & child, incorporating yoga inspired stretches, rhythm & rhyme, increasing the parent / carers fitness as well as your childs. This service is available for nurserys, schools, childrens centres etc.

Everyone loves the Mitchy Titch approach to yoga- fun & fitness & our classes have been so popular that more teachers are required to cope with the demand for those wanting to teach classes for babies as well as classes for children. As a result of this, we have decided to offer Baby and Children’s Yoga Teacher Training & Business Opportunities to carefully-selected candidates who would enjoy delivering the same classes in their own local area.
