Mindfulness is a way to reduce stress and anxiety by being consciously aware of each present moment, without judgement but through compassion and kindness to yourself and others.
I will work with you over a period of 4 to 8 weeks to help you learn how to become more aware of your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations to increase your sense of well being.
Mindfulness has been proven to help in many different areas of your life and can be a valuable tool to help deal with the stress and demands of the current workplace.
Courses are available at The Massage Therapy Rooms in Birkdale on a Tuesday evening from 730-9pm or as a 1-2-1 on request. Please message me for prices and further details of the next available course.
