Middle Rock is a Victorian Villa, dating back to 1868, situated in the quiet conservation streets of Brixham. Close to the harbour, it is the perfect spot for exploring this historic port. The house is elegantly charming, with many period features, including original Victorian fireplaces. The living area is spacious, bright and tastefully furnished, and there is a large kitchen perfect for catering for extended families.

Upstairs, you can recline on an antique chaise longue in the spacious master bedroom or climb the secret steep and winding staircase to the top of the house where there are two smaller bedrooms (best suited to one adult or two children) and a games console to keep the family occupied.

The garden features several small terraced areas (very steep steps, young children beware), and unusually for Brixham there is private off road parking for one car opposite the property within the grounds of the local church (available Monday –Saturday only) with further on street parking at the rear of the house.
Nearest Coastline: The charming fishing port of Brixham and the beaches of Torquay and Paignton.

Tourist Attractions: Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Water Park. Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway and cruises along the River Dart with a visit to Greenway, Agatha Christie's former holiday home. Fishing and boat trips are available from Torquay, Paignton and Brixham harbours.
